overcome..

So that was a series of "tough months" for us..


first and foremost: problem in a solution provider company is when there is a decline of customers.. that's the most suitable reason for any other businesses to close.. "the problem of customers".. there won't be any success that will come into an entrepreneur if the demand is less than the value of expenditures..

Connecting with the first.. another is when your facilities need a maintenance.. Well how could you maintain our facilities when you are in the the state of crisis??

and Here it comes.. at the middle of the month "BILLS" left and right...

you see, how much one problem in a company may affect another of it's parts...
"when the bills for the month are showing up"..."the issue of overpricing"... the technical .. problems.. and all the other problem...



These all involve financials.. but back from the beginning we indulge into a business of course to help, that it may reciprocate us with an average financial convenience.. but what happen to the investment?? it collapse down and even left us with a debt....

as you can trace,, these problems connects to one another..

you will only loose if you're not ready...

so one must seek a way out of it.. just like in the illustration..

one more thing is that your enemy is not only financial but also"TIME"
 Financial problem alone in a certain company is not considered an enemy... But the main reason of these problem is the issue of time.. Time: the uncontrolled variable in the system..

then Us the administration decided to arrive into a "root-cause" analysis.. 
in which we thoroughly study the problem.. and arrive at a certain solution...


that certain experience arrive me into a conclusion.. that in business, doing the right thing is not enough, you should also know your enemy... I remember the line of my psychology professor back in college days... 

that "if you know your enemy, half of the battle is already done"..
